How do we observe ourselves?
In my practice, it starts with taking care of your body.
Letʻs talk about your body with an example of a house.
If you have a house, would you like to have a house that has well furnished furniture?
Would you feel comfortable if natural sunlight and a calm breeze came into your house?
When is the best time to start ayurveda?

In the intricate tapestry of self-awareness, the journey often begins with a fundamental act – the care of our physical body. In the realm of my practice, this journey unfolds with an analogy likening our bodies to houses.
Embracing Sattva – The Path to Harmony and Well-being
In the pursuit of a balanced and fulfilled life, the ancient Sanskrit term "Sattva" holds significant importance. Among the trio of Guna (qualities) – Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas – Sattva stands as the embodiment of purity, harmony, and equilibrium.
